WHO ELSE WILL BE THERE?

Retreats and workshops are designed for a single person to book on their own.

All retreats apart from The 1/2 Day Retreat may be booked for more than one person if you would like to split the fee with a friend, partner or colleague, or perhaps you would like an ayurvedic circle for a group of you.

I fully support your choice to book a session alone if you have anything deep you wish to work through and feel one on one is best for you.

Fees do not include accommodation but, I am more than happy to arrange it for you.  I can also travel to your home or hotel for relaxation rituals.
